Hi i did my MBA in Marketing but have an interest in HR. Right now doing job in HR also. Can i prepare for CAT once again?

I want to enter top B school in HR Stream. It would be kind of Double MBA, if crack it. Would it be useful? I dont want to do correspondence course.
