If you havent registered for SCMHRD you can not do that now as the last date for applying was Dec 18. So you cannot apply now by any means.

You need to login through your account which you created for SNAP test. Open online payment portal. If deadline for registering for SCMHRD has been extended then you can register by paying online. If deadline is over and no notification of it's further extension then you have missed your chance.
