    No, you cannot do LLM, if you do not do LLB. It is a postgraduate degree for which you require the corresponding undergraduate degree that is LLB either 5 year or 3 year.

    Before doing LLM from any institute, since your just a graduate you will have to do LLB, and that you can do from any institute or whatever you feel like, because I don't think so much time has passed after you did your B.Com. So, try and look for LLB first, and then you can do LLM at any institute, because LLB and LLM or not degree courses. So, that's why after your breath bachelor's degree you need to do LLB and then you need to do LLM. All the best.
