Hi, I got 39000 rank in CMAT exam which was held in May 2013, Can i get a seat for MBA finance in good college.

I am graduate holder in B.Com wish to join MBA(Finance) and I got 39000 rank in CMAT which was held in May 2013. Can i get a seat in good college. and I am from North Karnataka is there any advantage of doing MBA in Bangalore.
