Hi I got 41 percentile in JEE Mains 2020 with a rank 6,41,529 can I get a college for B.Tech in Delhi?

I am afraid with this low score it is near impossible to get any decent college in Delhi or elsewhere. You will have to increase your location options and the preferred choices. I suggest you to go in for reputed private institutions like LPU or maybe VIT an SRM as these have their wn entrance exams
