Yes, you are eligible as the marks are just need to be more than 60% and you are having good marks. All the best.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in this college for B.Com courses. Although the cut off goes higher than the marks which you have received, so you should wait for the second or third round to get a seat in this college. Best of luck.
