Hi Simran, as you have scored 80 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and your board score is above 90%, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting computer science engineering with this score will be difficult for you. Although, I will suggest you participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling. Best of luck.
