You can apply but chances are less because it generally accept 85+ percentile. But weightage is also given to academics, personality, GD/PI. So, you can try for this.

In 82%ile, you can try for XISS Ranchi, Welingkar Bangalore, IMI BBSR, IFMR in profile basis and NIA Pune.

N.L Dalmia needs CMAT above 90+ percentile or score above 220. So if you meet this, than can convert it.
