Hi I got 90.4% (452/500) in CBSE class 12th board 2019 and 64 percentile in JEE Main. Will I get admission in SASTRA for ECE course.

Yes, you can get Sastra University for electronics and communication engineering. You need to wait for the second or third round to get a seat in this college.
