But I think these two university. Are semi government so do have any idea other colleges like in Delhi, Punjab or urtanchal.

You can try for state government colleges like SASTRA, Chennai, SGSITS, Indore, etc., or good private colleges like LPU, Amity, SRM, VIT, Manipal, etc.

Your marks in JEE Mains is good but board marks is little less. So due to that you can't apply for jac counselling. You may try for Chandigarh university.
