Hi, I got an admit from Paderborn Univ for MS Comp Sc. I want to know the entire procedure for getting a visa at Delhi Consulate.
The last date to enroll at the university is 10th October. I would be financing my education through education/personal loan, depending on which one I get get earlier.Which bank would be the fastest to open a block account? Do I need to get any documents translated into German?

Upon application for a Student Visa at the German Embassy the following
documents have to be submitted in the original version along with an attested
translation in two identical and arranged sets of
copies of each document :
1. Two Visa Application Forms
2. Signed Declaration on True and Complete
