Hello Sai, I'm sorry to say but your IELTS score is too low for gaining visa as well as admissions in any University or College in Australia. The best option I can give is you re-appear for your IELTS and get at least 6.0 Bands if applying for a Graduate Degree or 6.5 Bands for a Masters Degree. But
