HI,I have 2.2 year experience in It Industry but problem with me is my one year exp..in D2K(SQL,pl/sql/,forms & reports) but currently i am working on sql server.so Can you guide me what i will do ?If i will go for pl/sql then my current exp.is not countable.please guide me what i will do
