hi i have 3yrs exp. in quality deptt. from cipla ltd. (2yrs) & P&G (till now) i am also pursing in PGDBA(operations) chance for placements?

Yes! Operation of any company is manage by top & middle level manager and in our country there is scarcity of manager & Leader, so don't just take experience and find out different idea's then go ahead for growth but learn something from your senior manager's activities.
