After diploma do degree either BE or B.tech then you are elgble for MBA.

yes you are eligible , appear for cat and as you have 5years work exp you have advantage over others to get into top b school

Yes graduation is must for MBA.and after graduation if you are having 3-5 years experience,then you can go for executive MBA(one year)..
