Hi. I have completed my diploma in electronics & communication. can i get a secure job by doing CISCO certification without a degree.?

I have 73% aggregate marks in my diploma (ECE), and i want to do job now. I'm bit confused abt my career. Can i do ccna, ccnp, ccie certification ? what is the scope at present ? what else should i do to have secure job in future ? plzzzz suggest me.
