IT job market is not good these days. Reason being less business coming from US and Europe market. But saying this, it doesn't mean that demand of good productive people is less or will be less. The major problem companies face now days are of getting good skilled employee. Employees who can be productive from even day one.
Find out what's your strength(or you enjoy doing):- programming or networking. If programming then, either join a mobile development(Andriod) or web development course(PHP, .NET etc). If networking, then join CCNA related networking courses. But pick up any job that comes your way, and side by side improve your skills

    Hi,
For immediate help, register yourself with various job portals like Naukri.com, Times Jobs, Monster, etc. and also constantly go through Employment News.
Would advice you to keep applying and sit for interviews even if the company is not big. You have to start from somewhere so why not small.
Also there are various parameters that define your candidature for jobs in companies such as education, soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
Also you may pick an additional course meanwhile in order to enhance your career opportunities.
