Hi,i have done b.tech. in electrical and electronics and my DOB is 16 feb 1988 .so how can i make career in merchant navy?

Sir ,someone told me that 15 days pre ship course will be sufficient for entry as fifth engineer or engine cadet. so guide me what will be good to get job as per my qualification and suggest me trainning institute,entering procedure and fee structure.
