Definitely,MCA is better for you in both the cases whether you are in job or not.If you will do it along with your present job then it is more useful for you.

It all depends on which job profile interests. Since you are working in the technical side if this field seems interesting to you then you must stay on. You must pursue MCA course then. If you are not comfortable then you can switch over to MBA course. Doing certificate course will
