Hi i have done Bsc MRIT paramedical .i want to study further.should I go for msc in same field ? Is there the option of Phd in same field?

I am very confuse because I don't want to do job at lower posts. That's why I want to study further. But still confuse about future scopes with good post and salaries in this profession. Please help me !
