Hi, I have done M.Sc. organic chemistry then MBA in HRM and qualified net management, What should I have to do now to get a good job.

How to get good lecturer job after M.Sc. organic chemistry,MBA HRM and NET in management (lecturership) in government or private colleges. May i have to teach both chemistry and mgmt or focus on and one of them, if yes then which one?
