Dear Surya, an MBA by itself does not guarantee a road to riches. This is because there are thousands and thousands of students like you with an MBA. From an employers perspective, they are looking for unique skills that add value to an MBA. These include great communication skills (speaking and writing), problem solving, leadership, and others. Ask yourself if you get an A+ in these areas. This will help you to figure out how to get more value out of your MBA. I agree with Ankit's answer that a PhD does not guarantee riches. Best wishes!
