hi!! MBA or M.Tech. courses are better and after completing the courses you can get a better job & handsome salary. It really depends upon your interest on which field u want to select. i will suggest you to go with your current field , you should go for Mtech or ME many paerson wnat to do MBA after Btech but you can do MBA after get good experience

If you feel you are technically sound, you may opt for Post Graduation in Engineering. But if you feel you can be a good manager you can opt for management programmes. Even other wise you can top yourself up with some skill development programmes such as computer courses and testing certifications.
