Hi i have done my graduation in B.COM(Banking and Insurance) and i have worked in the KPO industry for 6 months. i am completely confused. i have no interest in the Insurance industry or banking. My liking would be to inspire and motivate ppl and to spread knowledge. wht is my field? help.....

As you mentioned that you are not interested in Banking/Insurance sector. SO i suggest you to go for Operation Mgmt field. Because your are from KPO field, so as per that experience, you can go with operation field for any sector. Because nowdays in every sector they rquired managerial pe
