HI, THE IN OFFICE JOB WOULD BE A GOOD OPTION FOR U. U MAY GO FOR A SHORT PROGRAM IN SAP/ HR SO THAT ALONG WITH UR MBA DEGREE U MAY DO THE RECRUITMENT RELATED OR TRAINING RELATED JOB.
