Hi,i have got 30,000 rank in EAMCET.i know i wont get seat in any medical colleges,but this was my second attempt so wat shall i do now

I got 93% in pcb from telengana state and 30,000 rank in eamcet dis was my second chance,any suggestions wat should i do further
