You have to first look at the cut off list of the last year. The data is available in dte website for last year's 2017 -
Hi,check out the last year cut off on DTE website it is given which will give you a better idea.
Log on to the DTE website and check institute wise allotment of last year.
About the college if I say it comes below top 10 so average package won't be so good but if you perform best in your college you can get the highest too.
