Hi.I have just completed my B.Tech. in Computer Science this year. Now I am in a dilemma whether to go for MBA or gain experience first.

I am a fresher right now. Everybody says that once you leave studies, it becomes difficult to study after you start working. Please help.

I suggest you complete your MBA first as you are in touch with studies and can do MBA with ease. Then go for the job. Yes, please ensure that you do not lose out on your technical knowledge of B.tech while you do your MBA. This knowledge would help you in building of your career.

If you get good opportunity to serve some good& big organization, it is advised to go for work experience. When you feel that management only inspires you, can opt for MBA later, may be 2 years hence.
