Hi! I have Persued BMM. currently working as Research Associate in Research ORG. Plannng to persue an MBA. wanted to ask weather to persue an MBA directly after graduation or to have some Experience and the go for an MBA.how much Exp should one have. waiting for your reply. thanks, Rohan

Hi Rohan,
If you are planning to do your MBA from India there is no requirement of work experience in Indian B-Schools. I would advise you to prepare for various B-School Entrance Examinations like CAT, XAT etc. and try and get into one of the best B-Schoools like IIMs, XLRI etc.
