Yes, you're eligible to do M.Sc. , in life Science, but you need to choose a course carefully which is relatable to your undergraduate course. In India is possible to do a cross-major degree, and several private institutes accept this process. The food Science course syllabus is incorporated with the Life Science course subjects.
