please give some advantage about doing this AAIP course from Arena Multimedia

Ya u can get job but Job will depend on u that how u are performing as a vfx editor. In today's world u can get job only if u good at your Work. You can also enquiry for MAAC, PICASSA these are also good options available. Best of luck for your course. Thanks
