Hi, I have scored 96.77 in XAT 2016 and I have got calls for BM and HR in XLRI. Is it tough to convert either of the two with this %ile?

    No its not very tough, you can convert both. HR may be relatively easier to convert though. Prepare well for the GD/PI.

    Hi Kiara, It is not tough. There are individual weightages given for each component within the final score. Last year 65% of the final score was based on the XAT percentile. Hence, higher percentiles might have an edge. What you can do right now is give your best performance in the GDPI and score very high in that component. BM might be a tough nut to crack, but HRM might be possible at this percentile as well, provided that you give a very good GDPI. All the best.

    Hi, first of all congratulations for your Interview calls. With your percentile, the margin for error is very less and a lot is riding on how your GD and PI goes. While its still theoretically possible to convert ur BM call but then chances are few. But HR is a real possibility. Good luck for your GD PIs
