Hi, I have scored 96.77 in XAT 2016 and I have got calls for BM and HR in XLRI. Is it tough to convert either of the two with this %ile?

No its not very tough, you can convert both. HR may be relatively easier to convert though. Prepare well for the GD/PI.

Hi Kiara, It is not tough. There are individual weightages given for each component within the final score. Last year 65% of the final score was based on the XAT percentile. Hi, first of all congratulations for your Interview calls. With your percentile, the margin for error is very less and a lot is riding on how your GD and PI goes.
