Hi, I just read about Kaplan University regarding double majors in I.T.,banking & Finance, Science and Engg. What is its scope?

I am 10+2. I read about double majors in Kaplan on Shiksha.What is the scope of it in other countries for jobs, especially in INDIA?Also, how good is this University?Would you recommend it?Is IELTS or TOEFL compulsary for admission here? Also, what should be the further education?
