The simple answer to your original question Karan is YES. It is valid for for applying for the Masters.

Hi Karan,
In order to be eligible for studying abroad, you need to be graduate from a recognized university.
In order to pursue masters abroad, you might have to give entrance exams like GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL etc. or any other exam as per the university requirement.
