hi i m a be graduate in telecom but since my % is less i m not getting any job.I want 2 know if it is possible to persue a dual degree. this time in civil..What r the advantages and disadvantages in doing this..i m already 24 years old.

u can apply for m.tech in computer or etc related branches..as u r already 24,u cant apply as a fresher student in an engg coll

No need for dual degree.just do your master degree.if your higher degree's percentage will be good then your lower degree will not me worthy.
