HI! I'm a fresher .i have a job offer for 1.2lkh p.a, if go for MBA ,what kind of jobs & pay will i get in software streeam after MBA.

Hello Rama,Hope you are doing well, Your salary will depend on the you marks which you score in M.B.A and also on you college. If you are from top college like:- Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM C) Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM B) Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM L) XLRI - Xavier Labour Research Institute, Jamshedpur ISB - Indian School of Business, Hyderabad You will get very high salary. If you pass M.B.A from low ranking college you will get low salary. It is nice that you are in the beginning itself focusing on the salary parameter. This is the parameter which require your devotion and dedication to be involved in it to make it more effective way towards your success. It is all dependent on your performance in the MBA course. The performance parameter which will decide the fate of you and your salary parameter. If you perform well you will get decent salary in your hands. Now, In order to get decent salary in your hands, you are required to perform to your fullest and achieve your goal of being good salary holder. There should have some qualities in you to get a good job. 1. Good Communication skills 2. Computer skills 3.
