It depends on your criteria for choosing your college. I have been to Fortune and it has a good ranking and placement record, faculty is also good. IMS Noida campus I have never been to, so I would not like to comment.

Both are Good Institues to pursue a Management Program. But if there's a choice given then I would recommend Fortune Institute of International Business, Delhi on grounds of Accreditations & B-School Ranking.
