I am balakrishna , i have completed my B.E in the field of Electronics & communication and i am looking to join a CCNA course so will this course help me for my career and also is the course related to my Engineering field ?

Yes this course help you to good carer in your field , certification have good value and increase chance to get good job

Good to no about your interest, CCNA is good its for 1 month or 1 and a Half month course. Why Dont you do CCNP and CCIE, coz CCIE has more value
