hi....I'm did BE ...But still i have arrears. but i have 3 yrs work experience if any possi for Doing MBA ...?

only after comletion of degree you can do MBA , you can take provisional admisison in MBA , then college can give you some tiem to clear your exam , and you can take classes in this mean time ,

You first need to focus on clearing all your BE subjects instead of MBA as of now. Without doing this even the job experience you have had in the interim period might not really help you in your future endeavors.

MBA requires graduation , with out Graduation its not possible for you to take admission in any of the MBA colleges .
