Hi Priyanka,
In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation i would suggest you that concentrate on B.Tech right now as graduation
