Hi I'm IPS aspiring, I want to know can anybody with just under 1st division can pass. should I take exam. Give me some more basic detail

to become an ips officer you need to clear upsc civil services exam. anybody who is a graduate in any stream is eligible to appear for it. Please visit www.upsc.gov.in for details and go ahead to fulfill your dream.
