Hi Renu, 1) Bio-Technology is a research oriented subject. You may join PhD after completing master's degree in Biotechnology or in a closely related area with at least 55% marks OR an M.B.B.S, M. Tech., M.Pharm, M.V.Sc. with minimum of 55% marks. You may contact the university officials direct
