If you are getting torn between HR and IT then perhaps you have an inherent inclination in the IT field inspite for working in the stream which is nearer to the HR stream. Evaluate yourself if you are satisfied in your present kind of job and if you wish to continue it and gain more knowledge of it.

MBA in HR is good for you, because you are already working in that field and you have a good experience and you will get a good chance according to your academics and your experience. Wish you best of luck....
