Hi I paid 5100 at the time of company secretary registration time only. Weather we should pay exam fee separately means when and how.

Yes, The registration fee and examination fee are two different things. You should have to pay examination fee before the cut off date. You may visit www.icsi.edu for information regarding cut off dates.
