Hi, i secured 47% in BA Finals and my avg % comes out to 51.2%, but Mumbai Univ. considers only final yr %, but the degree mentions class secured in April/May 2010 exam (2nd in this case) and not % secured. Am i eligible for CAT.

Hi Manu,
To be eligible to appear for CAT a Candidate needs to have 50% aggregate marks in his/her graduate degree so, if a persons aggregate is below this he/she would not be able to appear for CAT. As your aggregate is 51.2% you can go ahead and appear for CAT.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel
