So what all might be the criteria for shortlisting of profile? I have a 88% in UG and above 90% in my schooling. Also I was active in sports and cultural activities. Will this be considered or just the cat score for shortlisting?

Yeah, you can but the decision will also be based on your other aspects of your profile and not just the CAT score. Extra curriculars, Work ex, Academics etc
