    Hi Shruthi,
Depending on your own interests and career choices you can choose the course after your schooling. The course you choose would also depend on the stream you had in your 12th in case you are from Science Background you can opt for courses like Engineering, Doctorate etc. If you are from Humanities background you can opt for courses in Media, Journalism, Law, and Social Work etc. and if you are from commerce background you can opt for courses in CA, CS, CWA, B.Com etc.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a “best answer”

    Dear shruthi,
Its really appreciable that u wish to know abt further studies,
After your class tenth you can go for regular HSC( in arts, science or commerce)
or can move up with various diploma courses,
well after completion of your HSC in any streams or equivalent courses
you are eligible for further studies which generally be
    "Bachelors degree"
i.e. After class 12th (ARTS, SCIENCE or COMMERCE),
    Ba (Bachelor of ARTS),
    Bsc (Bachelor of SCIENCE),
    Bcom (Bachelor of COMMERCE) etc.
Bachelor degree is also called "UNDER GRADUATION" or in short "UG".
    After Under graduation(Ba, Bcom etc)
people peruse Masters degree i.e. Masters of commerce
