Hi - I want a comparison between doing a graduate diploma in business course in New Zealand and doing a MBA in Ireland.
Just wanted to compare the pro's and con's of both... I hail from an IT background and already have 2.5 yrs of industry experience. Any insight on which will secure me a job will be helpful

Hi Gayathri, Graduate Diploma is done soon after graduation and MBA is a full on Masters course. This will help you better understand the scene : Graduation -> Graduate Diploma -> PGDiploma -> Masters or MBA.
I hope it is clear now. If not let me know.
