Hi, I want B.tech(Civil) degree in one sitting from any Andhra pradesh University which is recognized by UGC, can anybody help me?

Its advisable that you do a regular course for B Tech programme as other modes such as distance education and single sitting courses are not recognised by AICTE. AMIE/AMICE are considered equivalent to B Tech in industry.
